We offer training for 5 future-proof occupations in industrial sales, as well as in technical and commercial areas. Training at WEIGANG means: We expect a lot from you, and in return offer a well-established practical and theoretical knowledge, as well as good opportunities for advancement. Those who want to "get a taste" of what we're offering are welcome to do so as we offer practical operational training for students.

We train using a dual system, which means that at WEIGANG you will learn all the areas and activities important to your job. You will gain the theoretical knowledge required for this at the vocational school.

Following training, committed young people have the chance to take on responsible and interesting jobs at our company.

Apprenticeships begin each year in early September. The deadline for submitting an application for the following year is 15 December.
